R.A.O.K.- The Ripple Effect

A gentleman I'll call "Joe" came into my office this week wanting to anonymously pay rent for one of our tenants. He had encountered the woman at church and she shared with Joe and his wife how she was "in a bad way". She was behind on her rent and other bills. Her income as a newly single mom was not adequate to support her family and her ex wasn't paying child support. He and his wife were moved with compassion for this woman and felt God's prompting to help.

They had been saving up for their annual family vacation but when their doctor discovered that Joe had heart problems, they put those plans on hold. Turns out he has to have heart surgery this September and they are unsure how long the recovery will take. So, they have this money and no vacation plans (except the questionable 3 star lodging at the local hospital with the world renown green jello chef).

Using God-logic it was obvious that He'd provided the means to help this woman through them. Their "loss" would be her gain. Their unexpected health issues would serve to benefit one of God's daughters.

God is so masterful at how He orchestrates these situations. Not only did this woman witness God's unique provision in answering prayer but this man and his wife were blessed in obeying God's leading which in turn strengthened their faith and mine! Now, I'm sharing this story with you and...it just goes on and on! God's work always has exponential impact for His Kingdom and His glory!
